Stones and Chakras
Chakras are the energy centers of our bodies, each corresponding to different aspects of our lives. Combined with sound energy it’s a perfect way to open each chakra and understand it’s significance in your life. By connecting with a stone associated with that chakra and using the vibration of sound through a singing bowl, you will be lead in a meditation journey for balancing your life.

12 Arch Angels: Who they are and how they connect with you
Many people believe we have angels around us. This class will teach you about the 12 archangels that are most familiar. I will explain how they express themselves to us, the colors they work with, and the energy they move in. Each class, we will spend time in a guided meditation to help you connect with and tune into their energy, so you will know how to call upon them when needed.
